1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

• Service cancellation before project commencement

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable if:

• Work has already commenced or been delivered

• Delays are caused by client inaction or lack of required materials

• Custom or completed digital assets have been approved

• Third-party costs (hosting, domains, plugins) have been incurred

3. Money-Back Guarantee

Where explicitly stated in a package:

• The guarantee applies only to the initial project scope

• Claims must be submitted within the specified timeframe

• Refund decisions are made after internal review

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the original payment method where possible.

5. Currency & Transaction Fees

Refunds are processed in the original currency paid. Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
