  • UI/UX design and branding

  • Digital marketing and enrollment marketing solutions

  • Student portals and custom platforms

All services are delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon project scope, timelines, and specifications.

3. Project Engagement & Communication

  • All projects commence after payment confirmation or a signed agreement has been received.

  • Timelines are estimated and may vary depending on client feedback, revisions, and content availability.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.

4. Payments

  • Payments may be made in USD or NGN.

  • Full or milestone-based payments are required before or during service delivery.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future projects.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership rights of the final approved deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.

  • Gregital reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

  • Revisions are handled based on the package or agreement selected.

  • Excessive changes outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Gregital may integrate third-party tools, plugins, or APIs. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gregital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, platforms, or products.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws where Gregital operates.
